PAST PROJECTS

PHYTODEV (2016-2019)

"PHYTOplankton DEcadal Variability".  Funded by the CNES

PhytoDEV was the initial phase of DREAMS. The machine learning methods were less complex.

Main researchers involved: C. Fontana UMR EIO; T. Gorgues UMR LOPS ; M. Lengaigne UMR LOCEAN.

DECPHY (2009-2011)

"DECadal variability of PHYtoplankton in the global ocean from remote sensing". Funded by ESA & CNES

The objective of DECPHY was to reprocess the radiometric observations from the MERIS sensor to make them consistent with those from the CZCS and SeaWiFS sensors, and to study the decadal variability of phytoplankton in the ocean.

Researcher involved: D. Antoine UMR LOV
